Recently moved house and was in the market for an intruder alarm. I wanted ideally to support a local company as opposed to the larger corporations. I contacted Amiga along with a few other companies. Straight away Paul was a very friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable guy. He took the time to understand my needs and wants from the system. Based on this information he sent me a detailed quotation. I accepted this and went ahead with booking the installation. Even with a few last minute changes this was no trouble for Amiga. Onto install day. Matt arrived promptly and professionally dressed. He introduced himself, took a quick look about to finalise sensor locations and control panel location. He cracked on with working even with British Gas simultaneously installing smart meters (bad timing on my part). This was no hassle and Matt proceeded with the install. He is very friendly, helpful, honest knowledgeable guy. Within a few hours all done. I was taken through the system, the necessary details were provided to the alarm receiving centre before any mention of payment was made. Amiga definitely pride themselves on their customer experience which is rare these days. I will and have already recommended Amiga to friends and family. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Calls are always answered promptly, mu queries are taken seriously, and at times engineer has taken me through a step by step guide over the phone, very helpful. totally show a genuine interest in my needs, at times I feel my questions are a bit silly but the engineer is always happy to explain. They have a good knowledge of their products; We had a lot of problems finding a company to manage our alarm system. Amiga Alarms albeit out of town, very knowledgeable. offered an extremely good level of customer service, from every person I’ve spoken to from over the phone to face to face. The engineer was very professional, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do, got on with it, very polite and courteous, extremely well presented, very helpful and attentive, thoroughly explained his advice to manage our alarm system, did arrive a tad late, but received a phone call he was on his way. the engineer was very careful to be clean and tidy and this was important to me. Definitely 5 stars.

SIMON Cowell’s golden buzzer winners on Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) at the weekend has a Coxheath connection.

Jay Bray, owner of Amiga Alarms, was delighted that father and son act Tim and Jack Goodacre were given Simon’s seal of approval on Saturday night.

For the act sent automatically through to the live shows are the singers on the radio jingle for Jay’s company.
